Things have change on this site as we try to provide more information to all of our Users, Refurb-houses and Resellers on what is new, available, modified, obsolete and/or no longer obsolete. Our customer is no longer the just the Semiconductor industry. It has become (1) the buyers, resellers and refurbish-houses that deal in Used Bruce Diffusion Furnaces and (2) all horizontal furnace OEMs with consolidation of Amtech Systems Atmoscan and S300 Automation product. |

In 2007, Amtech Systems consolidated it's operation responsible for producing the S300, IBAL and Atmoscan into Bruce Technologies. These products are now engineered and assembled in Billerica, MA. |
