Customer Support Overview

Bruce Technologies Inc.'s primary customer support objective is to keep in touch with customers' needs through extensive feedback and quality assurance. All of our experienced support personnel partner with you throughout implementation to ensure rapid and successful results. They begin by gaining a thorough understanding of your specific requirements, then draw upon their experience and expertise to help you develop and execute an optimal deployment strategy based upon the proven approach of the following five steps:

  1. Evaluation of Requirements: the first and most important part of any equipment purchase involves working with customers to understand their unique requirements and also understand what results they expect to achieve using BTI products.

  2. Identification of Solutions: BTI Sales and Field Engineering Service Staff will work with you to identify the products, services, training and support most appropriate for your specific project needs. At the end of the evaluation and identification process, we will provide an integrated product and support plan to meet these needs.

  3. Installation and Qualification of Products: After the product is manufactured and tested, BTI will install the products based upon the performance guarantees provided in step 2. Our expert installation team will integrate the products or components that were purchased, qualify the system, and with their insightful understanding of performance indicators, build the foundation for the applications and results that BTI's customers are striving to achieve.

  4. Implementation of Support: Once the installation and qualification requirements have been satisfied, the technical support staff will work closely with you to deliver the best possible ongoing support for BTI products.

  5. Successful Integration into your Semiconductor Environment: BTI understands that the more technology changes, the more important successful integration of a tool is into its new environment. BTI continues to work with you to assist with process application support and fully incorporate your equipment smoothly into all of your technological processes. BTI also offers a variety of warranty programs to ensure your equipment attains maximum uptime.
